Spect is an innovative web3-powered platform designed to empower DAO contributors in forming circles, also known as sub-DAOs, and efficiently managing grants, onboarding processes, and projects. Unlike existing solutions that offer separate tools for grant management, onboarding, project management, reward distribution, and decision-making, Spect aims to consolidate these functionalities into a single, cohesive platform. By doing so, we address the issue of fragmented context among contributors while simultaneously promoting decentralized decision-making. Our mission at Spect is to centralize context while empowering individuals to make collective decisions.
