Stealth addresses empower senders to discreetly transfer Ether or ERC20 tokens to a receiver-controlled address without disclosing the receiver’s identity. On the blockchain, these transactions appear as simple transfers to unused addresses within the Ethereum network. However, off-chain, the sender leverages a public key to generate a new address by encrypting the data utilized for its creation.
