The protocol has the capability to generate and redeem lqETH, a token that represents a fraction of ETH’s value. It ensures price stability and secures its value through the implementation of the Liquid Arbitrage Mechanism (LAM), an exclusive feature of the protocol.
LIQD serves as the protocol token and is designed to maintain long-term stability by offering holders the opportunity to earn a portion of the protocol’s revenue through staking in the dedicated staking contract.
